I wasn't going to do this. I wasn't going to sit at my computer for a day, going through photos, reflecting on another year that has passed.

But this morning it finally sunk in.. 2014 was great.

It hit me when I was brewing my coffee, listening to Jack White on full blast... I SAW Jack White front row at Bonnaroo. I waited in line for 10 hours in the blistering Tennessee heat with Jeff so that we would be front + centre for Jack White. And to this day they call that performance his "best ever." I was there. And it was AWESOME.

From starting out the year by attending the Wedding + Portrait Photography conference {WPPI} in Las Vegas, completing + graduating Nait's photography program, and then already meeting wonderful clients + booking my own weddings. To working with talented photographers and second shooting at even more weddings. To finding + rescuing Benny, and adopting him into our furry family. To going to Bonnaroo and seeing crazy talented artists {such as Mr. Jack White, Elton John, Artic Monkeys, The Avett Brothers, and many many more}. To taking a step back + finding my own adorable Bear-friendly apartment, to hanging out in the fresh mountain air with the furry fam, to spending time with family + friends. To enjoying the quiet.

2014 was exciting, it was memorable, and it was an important year in my life. I am so thankful to everyone who was apart of it and I am super stoked to see what 2015 has in store for me.

As you scroll down you will see a FRACTION of the photos that were captured last year. Some people think I'm crazy, that I take so many photos. But I love it. Yeah, maybe sometimes I don't experience things in the same way because I sometimes see life through my camera, but because of that I have all of these great memories that I can look back at + relive all over again whenever I want to. It's times like these that I love being a photographer because I will always have documented memories of everything that happens in my life. This is why I do what I do and why I enjoy doing it so much. Because I can provide people like YOU with memories to forever hold close to your heart, to look back upon for many, many years into the future.

Here are some of my memories to share with you ♡

And who could forget my wonderful clients + friends of 2014.

Thank you ALL for sharing a piece of your life with me and allowing me to capture your memories ♡

Thank you to all of my 2015 clients! I am honoured that you chose me to capture your milestones + I cannot wait to spend more time with you, photographing your memories that you can enjoy for years to come ♡
